Arriving on the ferry

Ferry timetables slip, especially in summer. When you reserve, note your estimated docking time and the operator you are sailing with so we can coordinate around delays. Once you are ashore, keep your phone handy — we will call or message with the meeting point, usually a short walk from the passenger exit along the main quay.

Peak season books up quickly; reserving a few weeks ahead helps secure the car category you need. Travelling with extra luggage? Mention it in your booking notes and we will suggest a model with more boot space.

Harbour handovers during the day

Meeting you at Parikia port between 08:00 and 22:00 is standard — no additional location fee applies. Returning your car to the harbour within the same hours is equally straightforward. Early-morning or late-evening appointments can be set up on request and may incur the €10 out-of-hours fee outlined in our booking terms.

How the port meet-up works

We do not operate a fixed desk on the pier. Instead, you and our agent agree a precise time and place before you sail. On arrival day, a team member meets you with the vehicle, rental contract, and keys. If you cannot spot us, call the numbers on our contact page and we will talk you in.
